Challenge 

Scientific Learning is a provider of education software to K-12 schools, educational institutions, speech and language clinics, and learning and tutorial centers around the world.  When they recently launched a new product line and changed their business model they knew they needed to address their configure price quote (CPQ) and contract process.  With a product catalog expanding into several million products and the number of quotes generated monthly increasing from hundreds to thousands, the need to scale efficiently was critical.  The existing, old system relied on account managers creating quotes in Excel.  Information then had to be manually entered by the Sales Operations group.  Additional manual work was also required to engage fulfillment in the ERP system.
